Is Feedback DevTools really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited feedback collection, shareable feedback links, a kanban pipeline from new to deployed, and CSV/JSON export — no credit card required.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds AI triage to a project: sentiment classification, intent and urgency scoring, a classification stats dashboard, and priority surfacing of unhappy users so the most critical feedback rises to the top of the queue.
How does per-project billing work?
Pro is $9 per month per project. You only upgrade the projects that need AI triage — every other project stays on the Free plan. You can mix Free and Pro projects in the same dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Checkout and subscription management are handled by LemonSqueezy. Cancel whenever you like and the project keeps Pro features until the end of the paid period, then returns to Free.
What data is captured with each feedback item?
Each item captures the selected element (CSS selector, component name, source file), a screenshot, recent console errors and network calls, and page context such as URL and viewport — everything needed to turn the comment into a code change.
